The tutor is matched, not assigned at random. After the free consultation we pair your child with a tutor who teaches that subject and year level and, where possible, already works with other Manor Lakes students, so the school's sequence and assessment style are familiar. You keep the same tutor; if the match is wrong, tell us and we change it. Every session ends with a written progress note: what was covered, what is secure, what is next.

The centre is also about four minutes from Tarneit station, which is the easiest option for secondary students who travel on their own after school. There is free parking at the door on Apex Drive, so pick-up and drop-off take a minute, not a lap of a shopping centre car park. Our after-school window is 3:30 pm to 7 pm Monday to Thursday and 3:30 pm to 6 pm on Friday, in one-hour sessions. As a rule for Manor Lakes families the 4:30 pm and 5 pm slots are the most popular, because the 20-minute drive after a 3:15 pm school finish makes 3:30 pm too tight. The last session of the day starts at 6 pm (5 pm on Fridays).
